Terms of Service

Socimation is provided by Aizer Design Studio Ltd (“we”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with reduced limits. No card is needed. When the trial ends, automations, the inbox and contacts pause until you subscribe. Your data stays saved.

Subscriptions and payment

Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If a payment fails, automations, the inbox and contacts pause until the payment succeeds. Prices include or exclude VAT as shown at checkout. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Plan limits

Each plan includes a number of brands and automated replies + DMs per calendar month. When the monthly allowance is used up, automations pause until the 1st of the next month.

Acceptable use

You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and you must follow Meta’s Platform Terms and Community Guidelines. No spam, misleading or unlawful messages. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service at risk.

Service

Socimation depends on Meta’s APIs, which can change or limit features at any time. We aim for a reliable service but don’t guarantee uninterrupted operation, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
