Privacy Policy

Socimation is operated by Aizer Design Studio Ltd. It helps businesses respond to comments on their own Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts.

What we process

When someone comments on a connected account, we receive the comment text, the comment and post IDs, and the commenter’s public username or name. We use this only to send the reply or message the account owner has configured, and to show the account owner a log of recent activity.

Access tokens

Access tokens granted by account owners are stored encrypted and used only to read comments and send replies on their behalf. Owners can disconnect at any time from the dashboard or by removing the app in their Facebook/Instagram settings.

Your account and billing

Sign-in is handled by Clerk, which stores your name, email address and sign-in details. Payments are handled by Stripe: we never see or store your full card number, only a customer reference, your subscription status and invoice details.

Retention and sharing

We do not sell or share this data. Comment logs are kept only as long as needed to operate the service. See Data deletion to request removal.
